  1. Valid,Cancelled, Export or Expired Certificate of Airworthiness
  2. Copy of Previous Certificate of Registration
  3. Certificate of De-Registration
  4. Weight & Balance (Weigthing Report)
  5. Certificate of Release to Service (Maintenance Certificate)
  6. Copies of last Pages of Airframe and Engine Log Books
  7. Report of Last Maintenance Check
  8. Copy of Certificate of Liability Insurance

  If any of the above is missing or expired please discuss with our surveyor. We can almost certainly

  find a solution to the problem.

  Crew License Validations

  1. *Copy of Crew License
  2. *Copy of Valid Medical Certificate
  3. *Two Passport size Photographs
  4. Approval of Check Pilot (TRE/IRE)(PPE) Type rating Examiner, Instrument Rating Examiner, Pilot

     Proficiency Examiner. Approval is issued to pilot only whilst under contract to a particular AOC

     holder.
     Rating authorizes company appointed pilot to test candidates and issue aircraft type ratings.

     A statement of training experience on type must accompany application.
